The Oxford HOA Committees

Administration 

Assist the HOA Board with the administration of the association. This includes tasks reviewing bylaws, rules, and declarations for possible amendments and updating the community's rules and regulations.

Architecture & Infrastructure

Review and make recommendations on architectural modifications and new construction within the community, and ensure that any changes conform to the community’s architectural guidelines and covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs).

Budget

Review and make recommendations on the annual budget for the homeowners’ association and monitor the association's financial performance throughout the year. The committee should ensure that the budget is fiscally sound and aligns with the association's strategic goals.

Landscaping

Make recommendations to the HOA Board regarding landscaping needs for the Oxford.  The scope of the Committee’s work will be landscaping in the common areas and residential spaces. The Committee reports any landscaping issues, needs or requested changes to the HOA Board through the Chairperson of the committee.

Maintenance

Make regular inspections of the designated community properties and make recommendations for maintenance and/or repairs to the HOA Board. Scope includes maintenance of the clubhouse, pool area, dog park, garden boxes and home exteriors.

Social

Enhance the quality of life for all residents by organizing social activities, voluntary community service, and events of general interest.

Welcome

Provide introductory homeowners association material to all new residents, foster community among homeowners, and organize meal train assistance for neighbors’ short-term, temporary needs.
